Delivery conditions
Courrier service
Your order will be delivered for free with courrier service. We will contact you upfront to fix an appointment that suits
you the best. We can deliver your order from Monday till Saturday (public holidays not included) from 9 am till 6 pm if following
conditions are fulfilled:
- You ordered a price plan with invoice
- You ordered a mobile phone or a Mobile Internet modem
If we receive your order after 3 p.m. (from Monday till Friday), on
Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays, it will usually be handled
the next
working day.
However, please note that sometimes extra security checks or temporary
stock rupture of the ordered good may delay shipping orders, in which
case you will personally be notified
Belgian Post
Your order will be delivered for free if following conditions are fulfilled:
- You ordered a Pay&Go price plan
Please take into account that we cannot guarantee a 24-hour delivery for this type of order.
Your
order will be usually posted on the same day if we have received your
request before noon (from Monday till Friday). If we have received your request
after noon (from Monday till Friday), during the weekend or on a public holiday,
your order will be usually posted the next working day.
However, please
note that sometimes extra security checks or temporary stock rupture of
the ordered good may delay shipping orders, in which case you will
personally be notified.
